I'm confused. Maybe I have good reason to be... but then again I could be denying reality.
There's this community on LJ about MMAS, and on Episode 9's poll Ben got the least votes from "America". He also got the most votes for "Who should go home next?" So I infer that he's probably going to go, right? But then I go onto his diary on Bravo's MMAS site, and he has the most comments out of the three. If you're not going to vote for him, why would you spend the energy posting comments on his blog, right?
Gah. D:
I KNOW Ronnie will stay. He has the entire gay community behind him [[I think some site is garnering votes for him or something?]], so he's not going anywhere. And he's a sweetheart as well, the assholes usually go first. Ben is more of an ass than Casey. Casey is more versatile as a model, and his look is more fashionable now. The only runway I can see Ben on is Dolce & Gabbana. I can't compare Ben's and Casey's photos because I have honestly not paid any attention to Casey before.
The only thing going for Ben is that people want him and Ronnie to kiss. To be fair, I think Ben's pictures are just about on par with Andrew's... but Andrew is better looking and more versatile.
I think way too much. *sigh*
I have this notebook which I write quotes in. I just found out today that it's a rip off off Moleskine. And I'm nearly halfway done with it. Greattttt. Now I'm going to have to transfer all of it onto my Prints notebook... which cost a lot of money. ): I bought it only because I thought it would be like $14. Gah. I'm blaming it on the fact that they don't put prices on the notebook itself and Bernice hurrying me.
If my math is correct, my Prints notebook and the Moleskine are about the same price. Even better. *sigh* I want a Moleskine! But I can't buy stuff over the internet and they don't have it in Singapore. I guess I'll have to wait till December then. ):
I love Prison Break. It's seriously the only series I don't get sick of. The only other show I don't get sick of is Shakespeare in Love. I love that movie so so so so much! I can't watch Heroes anymore, it puts me straight to sleep. With Prison Break it's like "OMG *bites fingernails*" even though I already know what's going to happen. And no, I don't just like it because of Wentworth Miller. But he is a bonus. :D
I think I've proclaimed my love for Prison Break like a billion times already, but it cannot be reinterated enough.
I enjoy Ghost I, but I think I prefer songs to instrumentals. Don't get me wrong though, the instrumentals on Ghost I are beautiful and so enchanting. But they kind of fade away into the background for me... :/ The only instrumentals that keep my attention are the ones from The Fragile.
NIN rock.
I was at Kinokuniya reading magazines, and there's this Franck Muller that's over $1 million dollars?! *is speechless*
I realise that I enjoy magazines for guys more than I do those for girls. See: The Arsenal magazine. See: Men's Folio. But I hate male footwear, I dunno why everything -- slippers, sandals and those weirdo ones with the pointy tip [[ewwww]] and all the others -- just looks disgusting to me. I love football so much. But I enjoy fashion as well. I [[would like to]] think that I'm kind of girlish, but then I listen to heavier stuff than a lot of guys listen to.
Does that mean I'm neither girlish nor guyish? And if I'm in between, what does that make me?
And I guess Gladys is right after all, none of my interests match up.
ETA: I saw this really ... cute wouldn't be the right word, attractive is more like it, guy at HMV. He's not really that jaw-droppingly good looking, but he's my type of guy. You know the casual long sleeved collared tee tucked out with the bermuda shorts and the cropped blond hair and the sunglasses? Yepp, that kind. The ones that seem kind of loud and obnoxious with their guy friends but are ... gentlemen [[probably not the word I wanna use, but it's close]] enough.
Case in point: That guy was looking for some movie at the counter and he arrived there before me, so he had every right to ask the counter guy to help him make a search. However, there was only one person at the counter so I had to wait for him to finish the search first. When he was done, he turned to me and said sorry.
I swear that the majority of Singaporeans will not do this. [[This is obviously based on personal experience and if you disagree strongly, please feel free to share your experiences.]]

It's official: Malacca sucks.
We went to A'Famosa, which, according to my sister who was reading some pamphlet, won some award. The food was bad, the rooms felt like they haven't been cleaned for ages, and there wasn't anything fun to do there.
Duane was the most amusing thing that happened.
Beatrice: Ah Duane, when I say Cinder, you say rella, okay? Cinder?
Duane: Snow White!
Haha I love that kid. ♥
Anyways, there was the BN exam this morning. It was easier than I expected. I won't get full marks but I don't think I'm going to fail either.
During the exam a sir came and picked up my paper and told that that I had nice handwriting. :D I didn't say anything though, I just tried a weak smile. I was kind of distracted thinking about the line up for the match against Boro tomorrow.
After the exam we were told of the schedule for camp, and there are a lot of holes. As in, there are too little activities per day. Also, it's kind of suspicious that there isn't any footdrill. Hmm, I can't wait for the changing parades! I remember this Sec 1 girl told me that she liked changing parades.
We counted our strength wrongly before we were dismissed, and we almost got killed for that. I remember Wesley saying something like "Camp is going to be much worse than this". There was probably much more but I was distracted by the red Toyota sports car which I was comparing to a Lamborghini. I have the attention span of a fish.
After we were dismissed about half of our group went to Plaza Sing to buy the cloth for our flag. I got an iced caramel macchiato!!!!!! VICTORY! >:) It was so so so so so good. Ahh I'm salivating just thinking about it now.
I met up with Bernice to go to Paragon to get my Arsenal calendar. But instead of getting this, this is what I bought: this month's Arsenal magazine, No Rinse Soap & Shampoo [[for camp]], and the best fucking thing of all....
THE DOWNWARD SPIRAL WITH THE B-SIDES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SO MUCH AWESOME. ♥ I can't remember how long I've been wanting this already. I just never got around to buying it because I was hoping someone would get me it.
I didn't get the calendar because by the time I saw it at HMV [[at $17.95, much cheaper than the $28 I saw at the shop in Paragon]], we were super tired so we went to Marche to sit down and eat. Ah I love good food. This is all I've eaten today:
- An iced caramel macchiato
- Honey glazed ham with mashed potato
- Crepe with custard and strawberries
- Strawberries and mango
- A diet coke
Mhm my tummy is satisfied now. :)
I so nearly got Stella by Stella McCartney at Takashimaya, but I was about $25 short. D: It's so so so so good. Gah. It's so soft and feminine and so pretty. I know I'll wear it a lot, probably more than Eau des Merveilles [[but not because I like it better, but because it's not limited edition, haha]]. *sigh* I need it. D: Christmas present anyone?
And how awesome is Lanvin? Their pearls, omg. Perfection. ♥ And I'm not a big pearl fan, so that's saying something. I also saw this pair of really pretty orange CK heels, but yeah, not enough money. :/ On sale and in my size too! *sigh* There was also this other pair of heels I saw from Nine West. Electric blue, and so gorgeous. They look painful though, and what do you wear with electric blue?
I also saw one "too busy to fcuk" shirt at FCUK. I distinctly remember Justin wearing that in the first season of QAF... Weird, huh? If that one was by FCUK, it's nearly 7 years old, and if it's not, tsk tsk.
All in all, a very fun trip. :) Even if I am much poorer than before.
Watching the Gunners play Boro tomorrow will be my first live match since... urgh, a long time ago. Life has just been too busy lately. :/ I have also just come to the realisation that I will not be able to catch Arsenal v Chelsea live because I'm at camp. Urgh urgh urgh urgh SO MUCH DON'T WANT. D:
I should be at home in my comfy bed screaming at the TV instead of being in a state of half-awakeness awaiting a changing parade in camp for the game. D: I am so unhappy about this, it's not funny. If it were like Arsenal v Derby, then you know, I'll be unhappy but not "AAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH *punches*" kind of upset. This is so unfair! >:(
And I can't find anyway out of it either. I hate having obligations. I'm going to make sure I'm rid of all obligations the moment I am able to do so. I don't understand why we can't just study and not have CCA and CIP and whatever crap. It's not enough that I'll get you your fucking 10 As, I have to be an all rounder. Urgh.
But anyways. Back to Boro. I have no idea what the lineup is going to be. The back 4 picks itself, if nobody gets food poisoning or something [[which is actually pretty likely, considering the rate we've been losing players lately]], but the midfield and attack is a bit more tricky. But I'm sure Arsene will pick the best lineup available... IN ARSENE WE TRUST.

NIN
My new ambition in life is to see NIN live.
All these are from Reading '07.
I have no words. NIN is the best.
This is the first day of my last days
I built it up now I take it apart
Climbed up real high, now fall down real far
No need for me to stay; the last thing left, I just threw it away!
I put my faith in god and my trust in you
Now there's nothing more fucked up I could do
Wish there was something real
Wish there was something true
Wish there was something real in this world full of you
I'm the one without a soul, I'm the one with this big fucking hole
No new tale to tell
26 years on my way to hell
Gotta listen to your big time, hard line, bad luck, fist fuck!
Don't think you're having all the fun
You know me I hate everyone
Wish there was something real
Wish there was something true
Wish there was something real in this world full of you
I want to but I can't turn back
But I want to
I'm leaving the country tomorrow, and no, I doubt we'll be coming back to Singapore on the same day this time. I have about a billion things to do before I go. But yet I'm still on the com. I'm amazing, I know. Let's do a little list, shall we?
1) Pack my bag. Everything's strewn across the bed right now since last Tuesday, I'm such a slob. I got back my helmet that we used for the Macbeth production from Lynn on the 16th, and I just brought it downstairs today morning. I amaze myself sometimes.
2) Charge my MP3 player. I'm going to be terribly bored on the journey, so I better have some form of amusement. I'll probably watch Prison Break until we get there. Prison Break rocks. And like what I told Yuan Yee, even if you don't like the show, there's always Wentworth Miller to oogle. ;)
3) Finish reading Stardust. I've been trying to for like the past 3 weeks or something. I just find the way Neil Gaiman writes hard to read. But watching the movie before reading the book has probably also played it's part.
4) Practice the guitar. I haven't touched it since last Sunday. And the two pieces I have now are really hard. Yayz.
5) Do my History homework.
6) Do my Chem homework.
7) Finish digesting my BN course notes by today. The exam's on the 8th, I'm coming back on the night of the 7th. Best thing is that I don't know what to study, 'cos no one's said anything. D: Bernice tells me to just study everything.
8) Watch I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry or The Matrix.
Since this will be the last post before I go, here is a little present, courtesy of my sister.
Belinda: *looking through Bernice's bag* Do you have a mirror?
Bernice: Nope.
Belinda: Wow I thought someone like you would have one. Why not?
Bernice: I haven't found one large enough.
[[And this one she told me last night when I asked her whether or not I looked like Beatrice]]
Random person: Oh you two [[referring to me and Beatrice]] look so much alike!
Bernice: What about me?
Random person: You related meh?
Okay I shall go and do my homework like a good kid now. Have a good day everyone!

Sheffield United v Arsenal
THREE-NIL TO THE ARSENAL! :D
Two goals from Eduardo and one from Denilson. Now I only watched the first half live, so the comments made here only apply to the first half.
Our first goal from Eduardo was a beauty! What a nice shot. :D I'm also happy that Eduardo scored. This should give him more confidence if he plays against ManUtd.
One player that particularly impressed me was Bendtner. He has aerial ability just like Ade, but from what I saw in the first half, holds the ball better. One gripe that I have about Bendtner is that whenever he gets the ball, he passes it to Theo. Maybe it's because the defender's on his left so he can't get it to Diaby/Eduardo, but I can't be sure. I honestly can't remember much of the match, I was too sleepy. I only know that we played pretty football, and Sheffield gave us waay too much space.
Anyways, good job boys. :)
Let's do a little picspam! I want to see how many pictures it takes before opening my blog crashes someone's com. If your com is that unlucky one, I'm sorry about that, and please, get broadband. You'll enjoy it immensely, trust me. :)
Kevin Flamme

I freaking hate the shirt, but Kevin's side profile is gorgeous here.

FRECKLES. al;kadfl;a

Guh. ♥

He's towards the end. Ahh lovely French boys. :) That Roger guy doesn't sound Dutch. D:
Mathias Lauridsen

The beauty of Hermes. *sighs*
And a few of my favourite models together! :DD

I swear that guy in the fur thing with the long hair is Jeremy.

SCREENCAP OF DOOM. D: But you get the idea.

The person who uploaded this --> http://youtube.com/watch?v=Ubh-un3k_UQ video is a smelly poopie who disabled enbedding, so you're going to have to click on the link if you so wish to view the video. It's seriously the best video in the history of videos. Jeremy, Lars, Vincent and Mathias are all inside. :DD
I just downloaded The Inevitable Rise and Liberation of NiggyTardust! by Saul Williams which Trent produced. Trent sings on one song. Trent voice >>>> almost everyone else's. I enjoy this album a lot, actually. Maybe it's because the hooks all have very obvious Nine Inch Nails tendencies. Gee what else would you expect from an album produced by Trent Reznor, right? Haha I'm an idiot. I still like it though.
For the curious people, go to http://niggytardust.com/ and download your very own [[and FREE!]] copy of The Inevitable Rise and Liberation of NiggyTardust!.
