So fun to watch. :) Robin scoring two, and Adebayor with another 2.












It could've been more though, I remember quite a few glaring misses (Nasri's and Theo's come to mind immediately). Not so much of a problem when we're 4-nil up, but it gets quite worrying if we're not leading. I thought all of our strikers did well though, even if Bendtner and Adebayor have (hopefully had) shit communication. I remember them both running for the ball and both leaving it behind them. And I really like Vela and Nasri. C:

Eboue was showboating today and someone on Arsenal-mania said, "Someone should have broken his leg." What the fuck? I'm not Eboue's biggest fan on his best day but wishing that his leg will be broken is just terrible. What kind of a human being, much less an Arsenal fan, wishes that on someone? I hate Ronaldo but I don't want to see someone break his leg.

On a more shallow note, I'm debating whether the Champions League font is cute.




Y/N? If I want to, can I get this font instead of the normal one on my shirt?

Self-discipline is make-believe

I told myself that I was going to start stuyding at 12.30P.M. yesterday. Then I wanted to watch The Chorus (for the third time) and said to myself, "Okay you're going to start at 2.30P.M." I go up to my room and I see Harry Potter, so I bargain with myself again, "Read a bit, then start at 4." I just continue reading and reading and reading and by the time I start it's 6.30P.M.. Obviously I ended my revision at 1A.M. (and even then I didn't go through everything I had to, I just told myself that it's better to try to answer the question on the spot than go through questions that won't come out tomorrow).

And I was doing so well during the September holidays too. (sigh)

I'm thankful that we have no school tomorrow because this allows me to watch the Porto match tomorrow morning. Although if we lose this one my little Arsenal-loving heart might just be crushed into smithereens.

Realisations. errant thoughts and random proclamations of love

(1) Drugs decrease productivity.

(2) Assume that all designers are gay (or at the very least, like men), until proven otherwise.

(3) We were shit against Hull. We expected to just turn up and get the 3 points. We definitely have the quality but we were too complacent. (I'm currently avoiding all Arsenal forums because those pessismists will ruin my peaceful internal environment.) I will not say that we deserved to lose though, even if it's possibly true. (Would the baby!Gunners have done better against Hull? They've proven that they can demolish Sheffield, whom if I recall correctly, we lost to in 06/07, and Hull was just very recently in the Championship. At the very least though, they wouldn't have turned up and expected to win.)

(4) Serene: "Arsenal has the hottest players in the league. Is that why you support them?" Of course Serene, that's exactly why I wake up at 3-goddamn-AM on a school morning to watch my team. She even goes on to say, "My brother supports Arsenal. I'm wondering if he's gay." Yes, just assume that everyone supports Arsenal for the good-looking players. Forget the beautiful football. Forget the awesome goals. Forget the matches against the likes of AC Milan and Real Madrid. Forget the fact that most of us are so excited by our (um... not so good-looking) baby!Gunners that we're practically figuratively ready to piss ourselves. (However, I will admit that I think Nordtveit possibly has the best skin I've ever seen, which includes those actresses on the various red carpets with inches of concealer and foundation slathered on their faces.) Even so, you know I still love you and your Man U supporting heart Serene!

(4) In approximately 8 days, I will be a proud subscriber to Arsenal Online TV! I'll get it for a month first but if it's okay hopefully my mom will let me get it for a year C:

(5) Bernice: He's 31. He should retire already. (I laugh, and tell her, "In what kind of a world will 31 be counted old?" She doesn't answer. She thinks for a while.) 20 more days and you'll be 15 already. Soon enough you'll be 31 and you'll have to retire. (Thanks dearest sister.)


(6) If I have ever complained about being 14-going-on-15 I take it back. Because I would feel like a pervert for saying that Jean Baptiste Maunier has the most beautiful eye colour ever (only because I realised it in Les Choristes, and he was 14 when it was shot).


His high notes make me laugh uncontrollably though.





And for saying that Doru Sechelariu is cute/hot. Who is 15 and who was in Singapore yesterday for the F1 race! I must be getting older. ): And I'm not doing anything with my life, other than learning about the kidneys and plants.


(7) The kid who plays Pepinot in Les Choristes is the cutest kid ever, omg.

It would not be an exaggeration to say that Bernice and I were practically dying of the cute when he sang in Les Choristes.

Vela with a hat trick, Bendtner with two and Wilshere! :D

Man I'm loving all our baby!Gunners. Bendtner was one of the oldest players on the pitch and he's 20, hah. Although I'm not really sure we can still call them that anymore, Vela, Wilshere and Ramsey have all played in the league. Vela looks good from what I've seen of him, and I'm really excited to see all of them play properly (stupid Starhub at work... or should I say, not at work?, again).

Like Arseblog said, "Let the day's creaming ourselves over the kids ... erm ... commence" I love Arseblog.

I just realised that I haven't ever seen Harvard Nordtveit play.

Which reminds me, I don't think Senderos is coming back. But whatever, he's already sucking up to AC Milan. (I still remember waking up to watch the AC Milan match on a school night/morning and being so damn happy that I went to sleep with a stupid smile on my face. Good times. It's sad that I forgot to record it, but at least I have the highlights.)

I love Nasri.

I want to love Aaron Ramsey but the ManUtd loving. (shudders) Plus Wiki says he lives with a Sp*rs player. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. I guess I kind of get it though, they're both Welsh. I suppose I would take comfort in living with a Singaporean in a foreign country... But I would rather spend my time around gooners (quote from Arsenal-Mania, "Have you ever met a gooner who's a cunt?" My thoughts exactly.) than a Singaporean Sp*rs fan. To be fair though, Sp*rs are, admittedly, quite amusing this season. I briefly remember the talk about them finishing in the Top 4 above us at the start of last season. Ah, good times.

However, it really does show you exactly how good our youth system is, that we can snatch a ManUtd fan from signing withManUtd.

I like Ramsey's hair colour though. (This feels like that Mr. Bean episode where his car gets run over by a tank and he's upset for a while then he sees his unspoiled lock and is alright with the whole incident.)

I haven't seen enough of Wilshere to properly love him yet. (Come on Starhub, you're sucking ass!)
