I have no clue how to go about reading this watch, but it looks damn cool, and I'm sure I can always learn.

I know some learned watch expert~ will tell me that 7/8 of these watches are for men. Congratulations, your eyes work! But I don't care. In my defence, I think that watchmakers never make nice watches for ladies. They're always either too small, or really ugly. Or brainlessly simple. So yeah. And the shape of the FM watches are not very guy-ish or girl-ish. [[But maybe that's because I define men's watches as circular and thick and women's watches as rectangular and the width of my fat pinky finger.]] AND WHO CAN SAY NO TO A WHOLE WATCH FACE MADE UP OF DIAMONDS, HUH? Talking about models... Ben of MMAS is in the bottom 3 again, and apparently he called Casey gay and called him and Ronnie women? Fats. Ronnie's more of a man than he is. At least he didn't blow up and call Ben a male chauvinist pig. Hopefully it was just a moment of testosterone overload, because it was really horrible of him. This pains me to say it, but if he goes home next week he deserves it.

If he goes I'm backing one of Holly, Shannon and Casey for the winner. They have the most model potential out of the remaining peoples, I think. I love Ronnie, but he's old for a model who's just staring out and I can't see him on many runways. Could you see Ronnie in Dolce or Gucci? And I don't find him that attractive. :/

School was really shitty today. Our Chinese teacher made Gladys so mad that she cried. And he didn't even acknowledge it. Poor Gladys. ): It was mainly because everyone before her had to read one paragraph and she had to read two. Yes, it might have been shorter than the rest... by about 10 words. That's really fair, y'know.

I'm not even her and I'm so irritated by it. It's more than the fact that he made a friend of mine cry, and I had to see her being upset which she did not deserve [[plus I'm not very good at seeing people cry. Sometimes I feel like crying along.]]. It's just... everything. He makes life harder for us. Sure, our newspaper scheisse might have been worse than the other groups, but there was no need for us to stand up in front of everyone for 10 minutes while he went on about how much we sucked and how all the other groups should not do what we did.

He mentioned in class that someone wrote on her blog that he was really ugly. [[Random anecdote time! In the first ever lesson he had with us he told us not to compare him with a model. Yeah, wasn't really thinking of that. Come on, Andrew against a real person? I know, I know. Andrew might be stupid -- but he sure doesn't sound stupid to me; and an asshole -- probably not either, he seems nice enough; but people make their judgements based on first impressions, don't they? Just imagine those piercing, limpid blue eyes and those lips and GUH. *iz dead* Heh heh, I totally turned it into a Andrew!fangirl session. Whoopsie.]]

And Alex Teoh keeps talking about what people write on their blogs. Coupled with the fact that my poor sister was so harrassed by her form teacher tagging on her blog that she switched to LJ, I think I can safely assume that the teachers were asked to visit our blogs to see what we write. And to be on the safe side, I'm going to have to assume that they have read my blog, and in all possibility, will read this.

I guess this is where I go, "THEY R INVADING MY PRIVACY GO 'WAYYYY~", but this is a public blog, and everyone can read it. If I write and post it, I should be prepared that people will read it. And they will ask me in real life, "Why do you like so many male models?" The answer to that question is, "Because I do. Because I'm fickle, because I'm shallow and because I can." It's as simple as that.

Random thoughts

• I want a new phone. It's not that I don't like my phone, it's pretty and it just about has everything that I want on a phone... except for a designer lable. Yeah, call me a designer whore, whatever, but I want a designer phone. I have my eye on the Giorgio Armani one, but it would take a miracle for me to get it. And no offence to anyone I know and like who has my phone, but there are some people who have my phone that I would rather not say "Hey we have the same phone!" Maybe it's a sign of a deep psychological problem, I don't know.
• What is it with people and underage drinking? I mean, I take a bit sometimes [[very very tiny little bit, like, 2 sips? It's fun to see which wines are bad and which ones are good. *shrugs*]] but getting pissed and drinking drinks with 40% alcohol content? It's taking it a bit far, no? You'll have your whole lives ahead of you [[which, in other words, if you're lucky, means 45 to 50 years]] to ruin your liver. Why start early? And don't even get me started on smoking.
• I wanna go to Europe this June. I have $3000... which would cover the airplane and hotel to one country, I suppose. :/ I have a few places in mind -- Rome, Venice, Vienna, Athens, Milan, Barcelona and Switzerland. But since I'm already paying so much for the stupid air tickets I might as well stay there longer. I guess this is the start of another frantic period of saving. But there's only so much you can do with $150 a month. *sigh* I wanna go for 2 months, but no adult can take that much time off.
• Why do girls like boys who look like girls? I mean, some of them really do look like girls, but most of them are "rockin'~" the androgynous thing. I will confess that I do like some guys with the whole androgynous thing going on [[but they're still obviously guys]] like Mathias and James, but I tend to go for the [[and I'm quoting my sister and Nadeo, both whom I love v. dearly]] "manly macho" type -- like how I like Jeremy better with the short hair and the moustache. Maybe that's why I don't get the whole girly guy thing. But then again, I'm okay with guys like Shaun Haugh, so maybe it's the Asian-guy-who-has-shaggy-fake!golden-hair-and-girly-features that I don't like.
• I've mentioned this like 5 times or something before, BUT WHAT THE HELL IS IT WITH PEOPLE AND PUTTING BAD MUSIC ON BLOGS? So irritating. When a blog comes up with music, the first thing I do is close the window, unless you're a good friend... oh wait, none of my good friends have music on their blogs. Whoops. None of the popular blogs have music on their homepages, hmm...
• Why the hell am I so unfree? How come everyone has the time to go out on weekends and I'm stuck at home studying? And it's not like I'm doing better than everyone else. Thank you, that's so fair. I know I studied harder for Bio than some people, but they all go out and get like 3 points higher than I did. You know why? Cos it's all "investigative" and "analyzing". Fuck. If I go on at this rate I'm going to end up in probation. I know I'm probably overreacting, but if I don't do it here there's nowhere else to do it, so yeah.
• We played football in the rain today, and it was pretty awesome. The only thing un-awesome about it is that I got my shoes drenched through and my toes were freezing in class. ): Chinese with Lin lao shi is a billion times better than Chinese with Luo lao shi. I didn't even understand her last term... but I got an A1 like twice. Which is weird, cos I got C5 for Chinese this term. To be fair though I started out last year with a D7 in Chinese. :X
• How come all the blogs I read seem to be of people going out for dinner and buying clothes and stuff? No wait, that's not the real problem. What I'm getting at is that WHY AM I NOT DOING THE SAME? I shall not mention that I spent a lot on CNY clothes and the things that I want are all over $1,000... oh crap, I just did. What. A. Genius.
• I finished Choke and Invisible Monsters by Palahniuk. I thought Choke was a lot like Fight Club, they had a lot of the same ideas. Just replace the fighting with sex and you pretty much get the idea. Invisible Monsters was okay but I didn't know what to make of the sex changes... I still don't. I don't think I'll be watching either of those movies.
• I just realised that I don't have a clique that I fit in with at school. There's always Jing and Debbie, but sometimes it kind of feels like Ler Yee and Jasmine are only trying to get Jing's attention. It probably is because they were in the same class and they know each other better, but even so, it's a bit... I don't know how to put it, but I'm uncomfortable. It always happens when there's someone in the group that you're not close to.
• There's a career fair at Suntec City starting Friday and ending on Sunday. I think I wanna go. I have absolutely no idea what I want to do with my life. I mean, aside from the impossible things: become a fashion designer [[my dad thinks that models have to line up naked at castings -- thank you ANTM, you suck.]]; marry a loving, gorgeous and rich husband who can cook; jet set around the world sight-seeing; be a dinosaur, etc. I guess I would like something to do with fashion, but anything that's high paying and ends when the clock strikes 6P.M. is fine with me too. And I want to get some Starbucks. The school coffee is great for 50 cents, but I want me some good beans nowwww.
• I think Ben didn't get eliminated! And to those who say he can't make it as a model -- I know I would pick a gorgeous guy who can't model over an ugly one who can. You can always teach someone how to model, but to teach someone to become better looking...? Oh yeah, and the people who say they can see Perry on Armani and Prada? Maybe Armani Exchange... I can't find the exact picture right now but the Prada men [[though I would prefer the term boy]] for me is one with milky white skin, big blue eyes and is very young. A guy who is still boy-ish, kind of innocent but cute in the adolescent kind of way. Perry is just...

School's been crappy. My results have been crappier. If I can get a 73% overall percentage and manage an above average for all the subjects, I'll be... well, I won't be very happy, but it's the least I should be able to manage. I'm determined to get all A1s in one term's PPR. I've had 8... but never 9. I WILL DO IT.

I know this is like, super late, but asl;kasdf, no motivation to post. No comments/tags = no posts. Simple. And it's not like nobody reads my blog. That's what the counter is for, for fuck's sake.

But anyways. I'm SUPER pysched about our win over Blackburn, 5 points ahead of ManUtd, HAH! But we're playing them today, and we have like, 2 fit players. ): No Clichy, no Sagna and no Ade. D: Even so, I won't accept a draw. Either we lose, or we win. Simple. One more game means 3 fewer days of rest. I don't think we can do the double, or the treble this year. And I want the league so bad. I KNOW we can do it.

I know everyone's going on about how this game will have a huge psychological impact on who wins the title, but I don't think so. If we win, good, we'll have shown those cunts that no one fucks around with us, but if we lose, I don't think our boys will be so upset and discouraged that we'll go on a downward spiral. We've shown that we have more mental toughness than that.


I feel really stressed now. A Midsummer's Night Dream and Bio on Friday, and we have A.Math and Social Studies next week. x.x I know next year's going to be worse, but aslkjal;df. :/ I think it's mostly because I have something like 0% confidence in myself now. Your confidence does suffer when you get like 5 bad papers in a row. Maybe if I had done well in some of them, I'd be thinking, "I can do this!", but it's very "Fuck, test, I'm going to do badly" now.

I've tried rationalising with myself. The A.Math coursework was incomprehensible, I've always been bad at light, and I cannot expect more than a pass in Higher Chinese, but D: I'm just... I don' t know. If I maintain my record of never scoring below a 75% average this term, it'll be a miracle.


Anyways, Make Me A Supermodel is pretty awesome. Except for the fact that they conspire to vote people off the show. So my parents were flipping through the Zodiac horoscope for this year, right? They come across mine and it says something like, "You will be tempted to start a romance this year, and it might affect your studies."

In episode 2, all the models were sitting around eating and they were asking some questions, like "Who do you think is the best looking in this house?" Ronnie said Ben [[and Ben said Ronnie, aww]]. It was super cute and everyone was laughing and making fun of them. In the separate interview thingie [[I have no idea what it's called, someone enlighten me, kthnz]], Ben says, "I guess it's a good thing that a gay guy thinks you're cute... it's a compliment, right?" Hahaha best quote ever. Not really in the sense that he said something realli witty~, but the way he said it was hilarious.

Oh yeah, and Ben's walk is not that bad. I don't know why the judges keep saying his walk is bad. I've seen guys walk just as badly as him in Valentino. Maybe it's just my untrained eye... although it is probably my biased one. :3 But I will say that I think Lars walks like he's a duck, or has something stuck up his ass. Doesn't make him any less good looking though.

Debbie tells me that she skips past all the pictures and football ramblings so here are some real life thingies. [[Yes, just for you Debbie! Although Christal might enjoy it as well. :)]]

CNY's been okay so far. I mean, it's not that everyone was horrible and stuff, but it's a bit of a drag to wear dresses and skirts when it's the time of your month, you know? And I've been a bit down during my period as well, so that probably contributed to the meh-ness at CNY. ): Stupid hormones.

Anyways, I watched Fight Club today! It was awesome. :D It was kind of hard for me to picture the book translated into a film [[you'll understand when you read the book]], but I thought it was done reallly well. The casting was great as well -- Edward Norton and Brad Pitt both did super jobs as the narrator and as Tyler respectively.

I'm going to watch 27 Dresses tomorrow, whee. Hope it'll be good and not a total waste of money.

In Arsene we trust [[just not to make decisions about hair, although he seems to have learnt from his mistakes in the past]].

He's 20/80 about the EPL travelling around the world thing, and I think I am also. It's a stupid idea based on the fact that it's nothing more than a stupid scheme dreamed up by fat businessmen who don't care that a random draw for the 39th game of the season is just totally unfair. What if it's the deciding game in our title bid and we get Liverpool [[who will most probably be out of contention for the trophy but nevertheless, still a worthy opponent]] and ManUtd get Derby?

If they wanna do it they have to let one of the traditional 38 games be the match played around the world, not some stupid 39th match [[and like my sister said, good things come in pairs]]. And it has to be the very last game of the season that the club will play. It would be terribly stupid if the players got jet lagged and shit and fail to play their best in the CL final.

But it's not in my hands to decide, and I'm just a pawn in their big "let's squeeze money from everyone we can!" scheme, so my opinion doesn't really matter very much. Ah well.
